Ben Kjar
Born with Crouzon syndrome, a rare craniofacial condition, Ben Kjar was told as a child that his life would look different from others. He took that prediction and turned it into a life defined by triumph, not limitation. Rather than being defined by his diagnosis, Ben chose to become a victor over his circumstances.
Ben made history as Utah Valley University’s first-ever NCAA Division I Wrestling All-American, later representing the United States on the international stage. His journey from athlete to influencer continued as an international professional speaker, sharing his story with millions across the globe in front of audiences as large as 10,000 people.
Transitioning from the mat to the marketplace, Ben built a significant real estate portfolio. Over the past six years, he has flipped nearly 200 properties and accumulated nearly 100 multi-family rentals along with multiple storage unit complexes.
At home, Ben and his wife, LaCol, are raising three beautiful adopted children, all under the age of four. For Ben, true wealth isn’t measured in properties or possessions. He believes the richest life comes from travel, experiencing different cultures, and connecting with people around the world.
