His heritage includes Mongolian roots from his father and aristocratic ancestry from the Ciborowski clan through his mother. Tragically, a motorcycle accident claimed his father's life when Miroslaw was just two years old, prompting his mother to relocate frequently before finally establishing their home in Sokoly, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in 1972.

In December 1987, Miroslaw and his family sought refuge in Munich, Germany. This move allowed him to delve into his intellectual passions at the Hochschule für Politik and the Higher School for Philosophy in Munich.
