We Are Going Home (1998)
Three women wander parallel worlds, hunting for pleasure and something beyond the living. One discovers another buried in sand; another finds her companion asleep beneath a tree. Their paths never fully cross. The rural landscape pulses with rhythmic color shifts, as if the subconscious itself breathes through the emulsion. Solarized, tinted, optically printed—this is a surreal meditation on desire, ghosts, and the endless chase for the sensual. Crafted at Phil Hoffman's Film Farm in 1997.
