The Monster High ghouls embark on an exciting adventure in Boo York, where Cleo de Nile receives an invitation to a glamorous gala celebrating a magical comet's return. Eager to join in on the festivities, she brings her monstrous friends along. However, the excitement quickly turns to chaos when Cleo's sister, Nefera, schemes to exploit the comet's powers for her own devious purposes.
