Mixing Nia (1998)

A disillusioned ad agency copywriter, tasked with marketing a new beer brand to black youth in impoverished neighborhoods, decides to leave her job in search of her true racial identity. As she navigates her journey, she confronts the complexities of her heritage and the societal expectations placed upon her.
