American Yakuza (1993)
After serving a year in solitary confinement, Nick Davis starts a new chapter as a forklift operator at a harbor warehouse owned by the Yakuza patriarch, Isshin Tendo. Chaos erupts when the Italian Mafia, led by Dino Campanela, attacks, prompting Nick to save Shuji Sawamoto, the Yakuza's American representative. Grateful, Shuji recruits Nick into the Yakuza and becomes his godfather. However, Nick is secretly an FBI agent tasked with infiltrating the organization. When the FBI plans to abandon the Yakuza, Nick feels compelled to protect his newfound family, including Shuji and his goddaughter, Yuko, from impending danger.
