Kokuho (2025)
In 1964 Nagasaki, 15-year-old Kikuo loses his yakuza father and finds a new path under a legendary kabuki actor. Alongside Shunsuke, the actor’s sole son, he commits himself to this ancient theatrical art. Over the following decades, the two boys grow and transform side by side—until one of them rises to become Japan’s greatest master of kabuki.
