Cactus Flower (1969)
A commitment-phobic dentist, played by Walter Matthau, leads a double life by feigning a happy marriage to sidestep emotional entanglement. However, his plans spiral when he genuinely falls for his girlfriend, played by Goldie Hawn, and decides to propose. To maintain his ruse, he enlists the help of his infatuated nurse, portrayed by Ingrid Bergman, to impersonate his fictitious spouse.
