As Amy and Ty navigate the challenges of impending parenthood, they unite to tackle a serious complication during the pregnancy. At the same time, Georgie faces a tough choice when a strict new coach for the Extreme Team threatens her passion. Lou finds herself at a crossroads, contemplating a business opportunity that could pull her away from her Heartland roots. Meanwhile, Jack and Mitch join forces with the herd, but Tim feels sidelined and struggles with the change. To cap off the episode, Georgie and Adam discover a special way to mark their anniversary.
