Minogue and O'Leary find themselves in a whirlwind of bizarre occurrences during their night shift. They begin with a plastic bag that is hilariously misidentified as a ghost, leading to confusion. The duo then stumbles upon a troupe of unsettling clowns and uncovers a mysterious ritual sacrifice taking place. Their night takes a darker turn when they investigate a theft at the hospital blood bank, adding to the chaos of their already eventful evening. Each incident tests their wits and ability to maintain order amidst the strangeness.
