Randy realizes that the security team, including Carlos and Rogers, is not only running late to open the store but has also become careless in their duties. This negligence results in a television being stolen right in front of them, while the thief's accomplice whines about the worth of a mink coat. Frustrated, Randy warns Carlos and Rogers that one more slip-up will cost them their jobs. Meanwhile, Elyse steps up to offer her help as their security supervisor, despite Randy’s skepticism. Later, Carlos and Rogers show their dedication by confronting a guitar thief, while the accomplice complains about his "stolen" laptop.
