As the race comes to an end, Dave and Jenny work on transforming the home of a kind-hearted family, while Ben and Erin breathe new life into a park in the heart of downtown. To celebrate their accomplishments, the team hosts a grand finale party, handing the spirit of community back to the residents of Fort Morgan.
