Lem's cousin, Jack, secures a short-term job for him, but keeping this new plan a secret from Bird proves challenging. With Josephina absent, Teri steps in to handle the Joseph vs. Lester case. Meanwhile, Bird comes back to the salon only to discover that her clientele has been snatched up by the other stylists. In a surprising turn, the girls manage to reclaim half of their father's store, leaving Hardy feeling quite frustrated.
