Luthor seizes control of a formidable military weapon, plotting to offload it to arms traffickers. While he’s at the Shuster lab, a mishap leads to a catastrophic explosion. Superboy intervenes just in time, using his powers to disperse the dangerous fumes and rescue Luthor from the chaos.
