Stimpy discovers a tiny creature on his face that he considers a friend. Meanwhile, Ren finds himself with a similar creature that has attached itself to him, which quickly drives him up the wall with frustration. As the situation escalates, Ren struggles to cope with the annoyance of having this unwanted companion, while Stimpy seems blissfully unaware of the chaos unfolding around him.
