Ben and Ryan join forces with Theresa Baldoni, a relentless NYPD officer who travels to California seeking the killer of her fellow officer. However, her motivations lean more towards vengeance than justice. Meanwhile, Carroll finds himself drawn to Baldoni on a personal level.
