Hannah confronts her irrational fear of AIDS, sparked by her obsession with "Forrest Gump," when she suspects Adam isn't being faithful. Meanwhile, Marnie struggles to acknowledge her increasing dissatisfaction with her boyfriend, Charlie, while Jessa sidesteps Marnie's carefully organized visit to a women's health center.
