With the “Strong” teams adjusting to their new lifestyles, they face their inaugural Medallion Challenge, vying for a $25,000 prize and protection from the Elimination Tower. Tensions rise when Milwaukee trainer Adam Von Rothfelder discovers the opinions his fellow competitors hold about him. Meanwhile, two additional teams clash in the Elimination Tower, leading to one team's departure. The remaining contestants return to unveil a stunning transformation that leaves everyone in awe.
