Feeling frustrated that her father dismisses her claims about Sebastian, Laurel seeks assistance from the Arrow. However, Oliver is also skeptical about her, especially after she gets arrested for drug possession. At the same time, Roy tries to push the limits of his newfound powers but loses control, resulting in a man being hospitalized.
