With crime reaching record lows, Oliver seizes the opportunity to relax and invites Felicity out on a date. Their plans are abruptly disrupted when a new drug dealer adopts the moniker Count Vertigo and sets his sights on eliminating the Arrow. Meanwhile, Diggle is preparing for fatherhood, and a scientist schemes to gain control of Queen Consolidated before Oliver can reclaim his family's company.
