Brick seizes three city aldermen, holding them hostage and insisting that Mayor Castle hand over the Glades in exchange for their freedom. At the same time, Felicity seeks Ray's assistance to acquire a helicopter. Laurel begins to feel the weight of her new role as a crime fighter, realizing she might be in deeper than she anticipated.
