A murderer is on the loose, targeting victims while trying to pin the blame on Ted Grant. Laurel defends her mentor, insisting on his innocence, prompting the Arrow to step in and assist him. At the same time, Roy seeks out Felicity, desperate for answers about whether he may have taken a life while under the effects of Mirakuru.
