In this episode, two unexpected culinary heavyweights step in for Anne Burrell and Rachael Ray, bringing a serious edge to the recruits’ training. The first skill drill challenges the recruits to craft unique pizzas that push the boundaries of tradition. For the main dish challenge, they must confront their apprehensions about seafood by filleting and preparing a fish dinner that showcases their newfound skills.
