Sixteen of America's most inept cooks step into boot camp, hoping to leave their culinary disasters behind. Food expert Alton Brown and Chef Anne Burrell assess their skills by requesting a baseline dish, revealing some truly awful results. Once divided into teams, the recruits attempt to prepare their chefs’ chicken soup and sandwich creation. Those who produce the least appetizing dishes face elimination and must leave the competition.
