At the Petsburg Car Show, the Pups set up a sparkling new carwash to help clean all the fancy vehicles. But just as they get started, Bobby keeps popping up to mess things up—splashing mud, blocking the hose, and causing chaos. No matter how hard they try, every time they get close to finishing, Bobby finds a new way to thwart their plans.
