In a feverish state, Eko confronts his haunting memories. Meanwhile, a group of castaways heads to the Pearl station in search of a computer that could help them track down Jack, Kate, and Sawyer. As tensions rise, Jack finds himself caught in a web of uncertainty, unsure of whom to trust when two of the Others clash over their differing agendas.
