A superhero named Cosmosis appears on the scene, claiming to protect the city from malevolence. In reality, he’s an alien eager to harness his abilities for positive change. However, the Men in Black are concerned that his new role could bring unwanted dangers to Earth, so they devise a plan to draw him out by using Jay as a decoy.
