S2E2 A Wounded Bird

On August 21, 1995, Atlantic Southeast Airlines Flight 529 is ascending toward its cruising altitude when a blade detaches from the left-side propeller. This imbalance leads to the engine partially detaching from its mount, resulting in severe drag. The aircraft swiftly descends and ultimately crashes, claiming the lives of nine individuals onboard.
