For the first challenge, they must craft 72 elegant designer viennoiseries and an equal number of delightful, flavor-packed rolled petits fours. In their second challenge, the judges request that the teams create stunning towering chocolate displays, paired with 108 intricately shaped chocolate bonbons, all inspired by the theme of the night sky.
