Andy and Sam are taken aback to discover that Oliver has become the main suspect in the IA’s corruption probe concerning 15 Division. To make matters worse, they have until the end of the day to locate Chris Klem, the elusive explosives dealer, in order to exonerate Oliver before he is unjustly blamed for the scandal.
