Lola is growing increasingly frustrated with her lessons in reading, writing, and math. She's on the verge of quitting, but Charlie disagrees with her decision. He makes an effort to persuade her about the importance of sticking with it. To encourage Lola, he brings up a skill she once struggled with but improved through practice.
