Stark is tasked with prosecuting three college football players who allegedly raped a female student at the athletic house on campus. Among the accused is the team's starting quarterback, a top contender for a first-round pick in the NFL draft. The case faces a setback when Stark discovers that the victim had been in a relationship with the quarterback. Meanwhile, at home, Julie confides in her father about her suspension from school due to accusations of plagiarism.
