S2E5 Immune to All But Justice

X Middle School is buzzing with excitement for Canada Crazy Day, especially with the Canadian ambassador, Winston Kotter, and his assistant Penny Madrid in attendance. Penny, an old accomplice of Fillmore’s, finds herself caught in the middle when Fillmore starts to question the ambassador's intentions. Just as suspicions rise, a large stash of fake baseball cards surfaces, adding to the mystery. However, with Winston enjoying diplomatic immunity, the Safety Patrol is left with their hands tied, unable to conduct any investigation into the suspicious activities.
