Persuaded by Kim to accompany her for the first ultrasound in Tacoma, J.D. sets off on a road trip in Kelso's new RV, joined by Carla, Elliot, Janitor, Keith, and Ted. Meanwhile, Jordan and Dr. Cox face challenges when the ultrasound indicates that their baby will require surgery.
