Taylor recruits Oliver to assist her in a plan to ditch her less popular friend Ellen, allowing her to attend a concert with her "blondetourage." At the same time, Katie finds herself heartbroken as Anna-Kat becomes more independent and requires her less. This shift leads Katie to make some questionable and frantic choices in her parenting.
