After his fight with Jin Zixuan, Wei Wuxian leaves the Gusu Lan Sect alongside Jiang Cheng and Jiang Yanli, following their father’s orders. But instead of heading home to Yunmeng Jiang, Wei Wuxian leaves a note and sets off to find Lan Wangji. The two of them embark on a journey to track down the remaining pieces of the Silver Metals. Meanwhile, Wen Chao discovers another piece of the Silver Metal for himself.
