Ben is horrified to find that Martin, the sweet old widower living next door, has become infatuated with Susan and has created a shrine dedicated to her in his kitchen. As Ben struggles to convince the police of the situation, Martin takes matters into his own hands by tying Susan to a chair and declaring his love with a marriage proposal.
