Sheila Ferguson, Rustie Lee, Paul Nicholas, and Dennis Taylor come together for an exciting trip to the stunning yet chilly landscapes of Iceland. They spend time exploring a quaint fishing village before heading to the vibrant capital, Reykjavik. In Hausavik, the women visit a local seniors' center, which makes Sheila a bit anxious at first. Meanwhile, Paul and Dennis join an all-male choir, performing in a magnificent canyon to a large audience. The group later embarks on a whale-watching excursion that deeply moves them. After soaking in the relaxed vibe of Hausavik, they travel six hours to Reykjavik, where seniors engage in aqua aerobics and gymnastics. Paul attempts a handstand after many years, while Sheila goes on a date with an Icelandic man, discovering surprising similarities between them despite their different backgrounds.
