Hardie is dispatched to meet with the Colonel at Fort Chaplin, which is in the process of shutting down following the signing of a peace treaty. Meanwhile, Wells Fargo is alarmed by a sudden wave of robberies occurring nearby, orchestrated by a gang led by a former Army officer who abandoned his post.
