S5E7 Run for the River

While transporting prisoner Ira Kyle to Santa Fe for his trial, Jim Hardie and his charge make an overnight stop in Red Bluff. There, Jim discovers that Ira is widely despised, as the local marshal confronts him aggressively. Despite the hostility directed at Ira, his father, Pop Kyle, insists that his son is innocent of the murder allegations against him.
