Meanwhile, ground crew implement strategies to keep birds away from the runway to avoid potential aircraft collisions. Resident paramedic Izzy attends to a pregnant passenger experiencing severe abdominal pain, who is scheduled to fly to Brazil that same day. Additionally, British Airways staff get ready for the maiden flight of their new £185 million aircraft, the Dreamliner.
