In the third heat of Junior Bake Off, the four contestants face a daunting challenge: they must flip 12 perfectly uniform pancakes to create a shiny chocolate-covered pancake cake. After this technical test, Ben, Francesca, Hannah, and Oliver move on to a historic show-stopper, where hosts Allegra and Nadiya challenge them to depict a significant moment in history using biscuits. The bakers must not only craft flavorful and sturdy biscuits but also assemble their historical scenes if they hope to secure a spot in the quarter-finals.
