A report of a break-in triggers a high-speed chase, ending when police dog Peggy leads officers on an intense foot pursuit and corners the driver. He fails a cocaine wipe on the spot. Meanwhile, burglars hit the worst possible location, and stolen vehicles are pursued across counties through snow and storms. Officers also tackle cargo thefts and a fallen tree blocking the road.
