In Oklahoma, at Morgan Towing, ambitious newcomers Kort and Cam believe they can manage the recovery of a car that has toppled over a guard rail. However, owner Nik and his trusted assistant Kevin arrive to oversee the operation. Meanwhile, in Atlanta at Hi-Tech Towing, DJ becomes flustered and makes a significant error after being scolded by his father and owner, Derrick. Over in Alaska, seasoned tow operator Russ assists drivers navigating treacherous icy roads at Towz R Us.
