Meanwhile, Neil offers Di a position as a wing governor to persuade her to keep the baby. Julie S returns from the hospital and finds solace in a surprise party organized by her friends. Yvonne trusts Colin about the woman in his bed, leading to a kiss that Tina captures on film. In a moment everyone feared, Neil delivers the news to Karen: "You're sacked!"
