Martin Buser takes viewers on an adventure as he breeds and trains Alaskan Huskies for sled dog racing. The episode revisits some of the grittier jobs in Alaska, showcasing tasks like ringing common terns and Canadian geese, fishing and processing at a floating fish factory, and tackling a diesel spill cleanup in Dutch Harbor. Additionally, it features the unique process of incinerating toilet cleaner. The mail bag segment was filmed at the Soo Locks, right on the floor of the MacArthur Lock, in front of the upstream bulkheads.
