Jack seeks out a loan shark to secure $18,000 for Tiffany’s Harvard tuition. However, Tiffany surprises everyone by rejecting the scholarship and opting for Northridge Junior College alongside Ryan. While there, she encounters Professor Alfred, who she learns is set to teach at Harvard soon. This development means Mr. Monteleone will be stepping into Professor Alfred’s role at Northridge.
