S6E4 Threatening Weather

In the midst of a blackout, Victor comes to the unsettling realization that he was caught in the heart of a siege earlier that day. To add to his discomfort, the power outage strikes on a sweltering summer evening. Just when things couldn’t get worse, a light fixture crashes down onto him, he finds a cigarette stubbed out on his hat, and a strange pain leads him to believe he might have been shot while passing the siege earlier. To top it all off, his bothersome and incontinent elderly neighbor, Mr. Smedley, makes an unwelcome appearance.
