As Phineas and Ferb give the house a spin to speed up the painting process, Candace, who is inside, becomes dizzy and faints. Upon regaining consciousness, she finds herself in the enchanting realm of Odd. She sets off along the yellow sidewalk towards Bustopolis, eager to meet the Wizard.
