Mayor Goodway anticipates a shipment of fireworks for the town's celebration but is instead greeted by a bundle of lively piglets. It soon becomes clear that the mailman has been mishandling deliveries, causing mix-ups in packages. The PAW Patrol springs into action to resolve the mix-up and ensure the fireworks arrive on time for the festivities.
